As a Long-time local resident and licensed estate agent, Marcus Falconer has enjoyed outstanding success in both sales and property management in and around the Melbourne and Geelong area for more than a decade.
Responsive to the needs of property owners, Marcus as an independent strategic advisor recognised a demand existed in Melbourne and Geelong for independent unbiased Real Estate advice.

Marcus has bought and sold in excess of 2000 properties since he began his career in the Real Estate industry and therefore has the understanding of how the purchasing and selling process works, to assist clients with their property transactions.

A family man with a keen interest in cycling and sailing, Marcus has renovated and refurbished a number of houses in recent years.
Hayley Randall
Hayley, who worked in the financial planning and accounting industries, commenced her real estate career in an administrative role with a Bellarine Peninsula agency in 2002, but shortly after decided her future lay in property management.

Hugh Diskin
Hugh, who migrated to Australia from Ireland in 2004, has since gained extensive experience in all facets of property management from tenant selection, through day-to-day procedural issues to the relevant legislation and documentation applying to leasing.
“I have a passion for property of all types and a keen interest in Australian architecture but the most rewarding aspect of my role is the opportunity it gives me to establish and maintain close business relationships with my landlords and tenants.”
